Week 20 - Resin Pendant - Randi/Dax58
I'm taking a step away from all the mixed metal work I've been doing, and getting back
to doing some resin! I've been looking for "easy" ways to develop
designs from basic brass frames, and I played around with soldering the
frames and filling them with coordinated 2-sided graphics (these are the front and back of same pendant) . I like how it came out, but I don't think it's a good class project (soldering and resin work
in one day is toooooo much!). I made up a few other soldered frames,
and when they are "filled" with graphics or inclusions, I'll post them.
Comments are always welcome... check out StudioDax for more about my teaching, My Jewelry Blog for more on my FSOJ projects, and My Website for more of my jewelry. Thanks, Randi
Your frames are terrific! Love the two-sided look.

Randi,
This idea is fantastic! Love the two-sided look--two pendants in one. And the sentiment rocks.
