Melissa Muir - Week 8

This is a pin. I have only ever made one other pin and I am starting to like them a bit. This is made with a dichroic cab that was given to me by one of my students. This piece is so large. I don't know the exact measurements, but the top of the stone is at least 1 1/2" if not two and about 2 - 2 1/2" long.

I decided to design the piece around what was going on in the stone itself and I am very happy with how it turned out. You can see a picture of the back of the pendant on my Design Journal.

Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
