A new technique using some mesh I got in the last rio buy. I created individual petals, and then set them on a jump ring to create a flower. I used silver dust beads, with sterling plated beading wire for the necklace. VERY frosty!
16 gauge sterling silver scalloped links with 20 gauge jumprings.

Another Connie Fox design. This one is made with glass cane beads, bali silver beads and sterling silver wire. I really like the idea of incorporating the clasp into the actual piece and am pleased with the way this one came out.
I made this ring to match the modified mosaic pendant of the Year of Jewelry week 10. This netted bezel holds a rutilated crystal cab. The entire ring looks large, but in fact measures just 3/4 inch wide. An underlying structure made with 20ga goldfilled wire was made for the ring shank and to hold the base of the cab. Then the net was woven with 28 ga goldfilled wire to hold the cab in place and finally, the outer rim was woven with a modified basketweave.
I feel the start of a trend... I have another piece almost ready, in the same lines. I'll post it soon!

This pendant evokes the shape of an icicle in the colors of winter. I used silver elements from Saki Silver, crystal AB, white alabaster and black diamond Swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls.
More earrings. I had a feeling that I didn't have enough pairs so I went all out for a few days lol. These were inspired by 1. a ring that I had seen on another forum and 2. by Sharilyn Millers wire cuff. They look like neither but thats what inspiration is, just inspiration lol.

I was experimenting with different ways to wrap and embellish at the same time. This pendant is the result. Still in a creative slump, so I chose a Southwestern color scheme - something I don't normally like. :) The little 'stitches' along the edge are kinda cute, and keep the beads centered on the work. That tendency of the beads to flop is why I don't do this style. Problem solved! Yes, Angie, I'm gonna LOS it! Comments always welcome, Perri

This is the beginning of the crock weave for me. I did it in brass wire and it hardened very quickly. I will try copper for next week. I have to grab an hour when I can to work on wire so I am not getting much done. I love this weave but it is hard for me to get the tension right. It doesn't look like it should yet.
